These Terms of Service apply when you browse ShukuLab, use this website, or place an order. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from this page.

Store and products

ShukuLab sells original graphic designs printed on made-to-order canvas totes. We aim to describe products accurately. Colors can vary slightly between screens and physical printing, and small placement differences can occur during made-to-order production.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide current and accurate checkout information. An order is not accepted until Shopify confirms it. We may cancel and refund an order when a product cannot be fulfilled, payment cannot be verified, or information appears incomplete or fraudulent.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Standard tracked U.S. shipping is included in the displayed product price. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Production and delivery

Products are made to order. Estimated production and delivery times appear in our Shipping Policy. If shipment is delayed beyond the stated time, customers will be given the option to accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, ShukuLab owns or is authorized to use the designs, photographs, written content, logos, and other materials displayed on this site. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or use them commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the site for unlawful activity.

The store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and production partners. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
