Are all designs printed on the same tote?
Yes. Every ShukuLab design uses the same natural cotton canvas tote, so the size, fabric, handles, and base price stay consistent across the collection.
What size is it?
The tote has one fixed size: 15 × 16 in, with 20 in shoulder handles.
What is it made from?
It is made from 100% cotton canvas in a heavy 12 oz fabric.
Is the design printed on both sides?
No. The artwork is printed on one side; the reverse is plain natural canvas.
Production and delivery
When is my tote made?
Each tote is made after you order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipment.
Is U.S. shipping included?
Yes. Standard tracked shipping within the United States is included in the displayed price.
How will I track my order?
When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Changes, returns, and order issues
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only request a cancellation or change before production begins, and it cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered production.
Can I return a tote because I changed my mind?
Because each tote is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please review the fixed dimensions before ordering.
What if my item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.
