Please include your order number when you contact us. For damage claims, include clear photos of the poster and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.
How long does shipping take?
Production commonly takes 2 to 5 business days before carrier delivery begins. Delivery timing depends on your destination and checkout shipping method.
Do the prints come framed?
No. Current ShukuLab products are matte poster prints. Frames and decorative props shown in mockups are not included.
What print sizes are available?
Each launch poster is available in 12 x 18 in, 20 x 30 in, and 24 x 36 in.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the print and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
Are ShukuLab artworks AI-assisted?
Yes. We use AI-assisted creative tools, then curate, review, and prepare each design for matte poster printing.
