Where we ship

ShukuLab currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked U.S. shipping is included in the displayed product price. Any taxes due are calculated at checkout.

Production and delivery

Each canvas tote is made to order after checkout. Production usually takes 2-7 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require an additional 7-12 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the contact address provided at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier first receives the package.

Delays

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide a revised date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Address changes

Review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once production or fulfillment begins, an address change cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or marked-delivered packages

Confirm the delivery address and check with the carrier or local post office first. If the parcel still cannot be located, use our contact form with your order number so we can review the tracking and available next steps.
