Final sale policy
Because ShukuLab sells compact home-care and household-use goods, all purchases are final sale unless an eligible order issue applies. We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, changed preferences, opened goods, or incorrect use.
Eligible order issues
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or cannot be fulfilled. We may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution depending on the issue and applicable law.
How to report an issue
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the package and product. Please keep all packaging until the issue is reviewed.
